Vendor Search, Selection, Timeline and Budgeting Assistance

 

As a Wedding Planner, I have a little black book of top class suppliers that I work with regularly.  I have travelled extensively getting to know different suppliers in different areas and regions so that I have exactly the information I need to hand when the time comes.  These suppliers really are my trusted go-to people. 

  

This service package is for those of you who wish to plan your own wedding but don’t know where to start.  We provide you the support of a professional who is used to dealing with all types of budgets, religious requirements, themes, party sizes, locations etc.

Especially in Istanbul, Bodrum, Bursa, Antalya, Canakkale and Cappadocia, Turkey, we kindly make our meeting face to face or online. 

 

As part of this service we would work closely with you to define exactly what it is you want to achieve, define your budget and advise approximately what items will cost.  We then provide you with the details of three suppliers for each of the disciplines i.e. florists, photographers, venues, hair and make-up etc.  In addition to this we work out a timeline for you of when you should be making decisions on certain items so that you can keep yourself in check as time goes by.  You can then start negotiating and discussing your plans with the respective suppliers confident that you have the right knowledge to hand.

Day of Coordination Service

 

Following months of preparation, planning and dreaming your wedding day will arrive.  Everything has been leading up to this moment and of course you want it to run smoothly.  All of the vendors and details need to be coordinated and managed in such a way that one runs seamlessly into the next.  Now as one of the most important people on the day the last thing you want is to be worrying about all the details and trusting that each vendor will perform as you hoped.  For couples that want to be completely stress free on their wedding day and just let the day flow this service is perfect.  As your Wedding Planner, we take all of this stress off of your plate and deal directly with the vendors you have organised on the day so you can relax, get ready stress free and soak up every minute of your special day. 

 

The work for this service generally starts one week before the wedding, each vendors contract is reviewed and contact is made with the vendor to introduce myself and ensure contact details are exchanged and finishing touches are agreed.  To ensure a seamless wedding day we prepare a detailed timeline for the whole day and for the Bride and Groom as their movements will be different until they meet at the top of the isle. 

  

In addition to making sure everything runs smoothly and on time as your Wedding Planner we am the glue that pulls everything together making sure the vendors are not in each other’s way and are able to work together. We are the go to person for your guests so that they know what is happening and deal with any minor issues which may arise on the day. 

  

Full Wedding Planning Service
